In 2013, we realized that sales teams were not able to continually meet the 30% annual growth goals demanded by their companies, despite increased investments in technology for the sales reps. While these tools were intended to improve the efficiency of the reps, the real opportunity was improving sales effectiveness. Recognizing a critical need in the market, we built CommercialTribe on the foundations of behavioral-based observational learning.

Today, our platform enables assessment of selling behavior in simulated and live selling environments to provide unique insight back on an organization’s go-to-market readiness and help managers coach to the behaviors that drive performance.
